A huge shoutout to all our incredible volunteers!
From driving people (and all kinds of stuff!) around to answering all the questions from our lovely CaDansians, you are the heartbeat of CaDansa. Thank you so much for your hard work, dedication, and unwavering support. We appreciate each and every one of you for bringing your energy, kindness, and spirit to make CaDansa 2025 come alive. Here’s to you – our festival heroes! 💛

And an extra round of applause for our Team Captains!
They’re not only coordinating volunteers, but they’re also making sure everything flows seamlessly, you bring our vision to life. Your passion, leadership, and commitment truly make a difference – thank you! 🧡

A special mention goes out to those who went above and beyond for CaDansa:

  • Maartje de Goede: creator of all the CaDansa artwork and designs. Every year, she transforms our ideas into something magical, capturing the unique CaDansa feeling and creating a whole new world for each edition.
  • Wen Versteeg of Wen Kunst Webdesign: for designing and maintaining cadansa.nl over the years – have you seen how beautiful it looks? Thank you, Wen!
  • Our amazing sound technicians:tirelessly working from the first soundcheck to the last encore, ensuring that every note resonates perfectly across the dance floor. Special thanks to Lucas, who keeps everything running smoothly within the team, and to Soundlink for providing essential stage equipment.
  • Our deco team: for transforming the venue into a true CaDansa wonderland – complete with plenty of poppies!

Loved those comfy couches and armchairs to rest your dancing feet? That’s thanks to Kringloopwinkel Steenwijk, who kindly loaned them to us. If you fell in love with one, you know where to find it! 😉

Stichting Draailier & Doedelzak made it possible for curious dancers to explore their music workshops and try out hurdy-gurdies and bagpipes. Thank you for keeping traditional instruments alive and accessible!

Stichting Balfolkfabriek supported us behind the scenes during the preparations, and Box it up keeps all our CaDansa treasures safe when the festival isn’t happening – we couldn’t do it without you!

A heartfelt thank-you to RSG Tromp Meesters, who generously allowed us to host workshops in their school. Your hospitality made it possible for us to share music, dance, and creativity with even more people. We’re so grateful for your support!

And last, but certainly not least, our gratitude to Han and his team at De Meenthe – not only for providing the venue, but also for standing by us every step of the way. 🙏

The wonderful CaDansa shirt, designed by Maartje de Goede, has been too popular! Several shirt sizes have already sold out…

But don’t worry: if your size isn’t available anymore, you can order a shirt at the merch stand. There’s a list there, on which you can write down your details. In a few weeks, we’ll send your CaDansa shirt to you by mail!

It’s best not to wait until Sunday evening to do this: the supply is limited.
