Goodmorning! CaDansa has started with an awesome ball last night 🙂 So we hope you’ve slept well and are ready for the workshops today! Please note, there’ve been changes in the location of the workshops as we don’t use the Pop Up Location today. The information on the website is correct at this moment, but there has been some confusion so just to be sure:
* Ensemble playing by Toon, 13 – 15 @ the Remigius;
* Playing Polska by the Floating Sofa Quartet, 15:30 – 17:30 @ Remigius;
* Intro to hurdy-gurdy by Lies, 15:30 – 17:30 @ Sleep In

The OGtent is changing into a bees hive. We are getting everything ready for the festival! For ‘pre-fun’ we made a pre festival CaDaily! Read it here.

Only 2 nights and then…. CaDansa! We’re almost completely sold out, with just a few tickets left for Sunday. If you’d like to come, please don’t hesitate too long. There’re some more tickets for Thursday available, and all people living in Duiven have a free entrance then. Take a letter adressed to you with you and show it at the counter.

CaDansa is more than balls and workshops. Ofcourse there’s an open stage, and you still fill up a time slot – as a Silent Disco DJ, musician or with another creative concept! And then there’s a “Queen Bee’s market”, a clothing swap and a conversation table.
And there’s something not at CaDansa: a dresscode! Last years a tradition has developed to dress up in CaDansa-theme at Saturday. Feel free to do so this year if you like the idea, and feel free to don’t! There’se no dresscode and everyone is invited to come to CaDansa dressed exactly how you feel like it: just bee yourself 🙂

Is 4 days of CaDansa not enough? After the success of last year, there’s another post-CaDansa ball at monday! This time in Amersfoort, with Hot Griselda and Nubia playing!

Dear CaDancers, we have some sad and also good news to share with you.
To our and their regret, Grands-Mères et Soufflets can’t play at CaDansa due to sudden and unforeseen circumstances. Needless to say, we were absolutely thrilled that this fantastic band was coming to the festival – we know this news will disappoint many people who felt the same way. We apologise, and we’re looking forward to welcoming them to another CaDansa – hopefully we can celebrate that moment with you, too.

Hi lovely people! We have 3 important things to share with you:

• Tickets
  After some last calculations (number of volunteers, musicians, teachers, etc), we found we have room for a few more people. So we’re selling a very small amount of weekend tickets (Thu-Sun). They will become available TUESDAY 9 OCT AT 20:00 on the website.
• Sleeping (relevant for people on the waitlist only):
  We have some extra sleeping places in the CaDansa Sleep-in. We’re e-mailing the first people on the waitlist now. So, if you’re on the waitlist:
  Please keep an eye on your e-mail this week! If we e-mail you, you have 24h to react. If you don’t want the ticket, please ALSO react! There are 98 people on the list, but many will have already arranged another sleeping place. So if everybody reacts fast, we can reach the people who still need a ticket!
• Campers
  If you’d like to sleep in your camper, car or van during CaDansa, please e-mail us at questions@cadansa.nl. We will give you more information via e-mail.
  (this is not necessary if you’ve already arranged something with the Horsterhof farm).
