Terms and Conditions for the Group Accomodations

If you booked a room, please send an email to info@cadansa.nl with the following information:

• Booking number;
• Phone number of the main booker;
• Names of everyone who will share the room (can also be shared later);
• Whether you have your own transport to and from the accommodation.

We will share the guest names with the holiday park in accordance with Dutch law. We will share the main bookers email address and phone number with the holiday park, so they can reach you in case of emergency.

• The rooms are available from Wednesday 17:00 to Monday 08:00.
• Holiday park ‘Residence de Eese’ is located at Bultweg 25, 8346 KB De Bult, The Netherlands.
• The distance to CaDansa is 4 kilometers (7 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bike). If you can’t arrange your own transport, rides to the festival in the morning and back to the accommodation in the evening are included in your booking (Thursday-Sunday). The exact transport arrangements will be communicated later. They will not be rides on demand, but rides in certain time slots subject to availability.
• The bathrooms are shared.
• A kitchen is available for use in all accommodations, with the expectation that everyone cleans up after themself.
• The accommodations are group accommodations and the doors cannot be locked. We recommend not leaving any valuables in the accommodations. CaDansa is not liable for anything that happens to them.
• If you cause any damage to the accommodation or fellow guests’ possessions, you will be liable for the related costs.
• When booking, you can indicate a preference for a specific accommodation. CaDansa will accommodate that when possible, but may move you to an equivalent or better room in another accommodation on the same park. Accommodation and room number will be communicated shortly before the festival.
• It is not allowed to sleep more people in the room than the number of beds, nor to invite people to the group accommodation who have not booked a room there.
