Food and drinks at CaDansa 2023
This menu is subject to change, depending on circumstances.
At CaDansa, you can buy food and drink using tokens. You can buy the tokens at the cash desk and at the merchandise stand. They cost 2,80 euro each. Paying is possible by PIN or with cash. Paying by creditcard is only an option if you have enabled ‘PIN’ with your card.
Below you can find what you can eat at CaDansa. At the bar you can find drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. According to our houserules at CaDansa it is not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages to the festival site. Neither is it allowed to bring warm meals or takeaway or delivery meals to the festival site.

Blokzijler brok from bakery Strampel (0,5 token)
Home-made local speculaas cheesecake. ‘Speculaas’ is a delicacy made from flour, butter, baking powder, speculaas spices, and brown sugar. This Dutch specialty is most popular during the December months. (1,5 tokens)

The original Dutch ‘Kroket’: a savory, deep-fried delicacy consisting of a meat stew roll with a breadcrumb-coated crust, served as a hot snack. (1,5 tokens)
Vegan kroket: as an addition to the original kroket, the vegan kroket. Consisting of a vegetable ragout with a breadcrumb-coated crust served as a hot snack. (1,5 tokens)
Soups
The soups are served with a tiny bread

Salads
Vegan chicory salad with mustard vinaigrette, walnuts, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and bimi (3 tokens)
Poke bowl with corn, cucumber, edamame, wakame, salmon/vegan salmon, avocado, and sweet & sour red cabbage (3 tokens)
Diner
Dinner is served between 17.00 and 21.00 hrs

Latenight snacks are available after 20.00 hrs until closing time of the festival
Blueberry pancakes (2 tokens)
The Dutch original bitterballen: a bitterbal is a small, round-shaped, deep-fried (or oven-baked) snack. Traditionally, biterballen consists of a firm outer crust and a filling of meat stew, similar to the filling of kroket. (6 pieces) (2 tokens)
Oyster mushroom bitterballen: as an addition to the original bitterbal, the vegan oyster mushroom bitterbal. (6 pieces) (2 tokens)
